Standard production time for customized items typically ranges from 7 to 10 business days after artwork approval, though expedited options are available for most products.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on the destination and the weight of the order. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.
Can I request a physical sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. We encourage ordering samples to ensure the quality and style meet your expectations. Samples are billed at the individual item price plus shipping.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Due to the custom nature of branded merchandise, personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect or an error in the customization process.
What file formats do you accept for logo uploads?
To ensure the highest quality print or embroidery, we prefer vector files in .AI, .EPS, or .PDF format. High-resolution .PNG or .JPG files may also be accepted depending on the product.
Are there minimum order requirements?
Minimum order quantities vary by product category. While many of our signature bags have low minimums, certain promotional items may require a larger quantity to qualify for production.
