At Scarborough & Tweed, we strive for total satisfaction with every order; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-branded or personalized merchandise is final sale unless a manufacturer defect is present.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your return package using a traceable shipping method to our distribution center; we recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is processed.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or a store credit will be applied within 7-10 business days.
